1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Together with similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) it lets us remember information between visits or sessions.

4. How to manage your consent

5. Consequences of declining
If you decline optional cookies, live chat will not be available. The rest of the site works normally.
6. Visitors from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
If you visit from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain or Kuwait, this banner is not shown automatically because EU cookie law (ePrivacy + GDPR) does not apply territorially. If the UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL) or an equivalent GCC regulation applies to you, you may still consult this page and manage your preferences via the footer link.
7. Consent record
When you accept, decline or withdraw consent for optional cookies, we keep a technical record (session ID, date, language, policy version, SHA-256 hash of your IP combined with a secret salt, and user agent) for 3 years from the last action, in order to demonstrate consent to the supervisory authority under GDPR Art. 7(1). We do not retain your raw IP address.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies or this policy, we bump the version number and the consent banner will reappear automatically. The current version is shown at the top of this document.
