Corporate pack terms

This is a translation for information purposes. The Spanish version is the legally binding text.

General terms

• The theory module is delivered online through the virtual platform.
• The practical module is carried out at the company that has signed the educational agreement (convenio).
• The course place is guaranteed once payment has been completed.
• Full payment must be made before the programme begins.
• You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after enrolment and always before the course start date by emailing practicas@htlescueladeempresaonline.com. In that case, the amount paid less 50 euros for administrative costs will be refunded.
• You may change the host company (for students) or the intern (for companies) within 14 days following the course start date by emailing practicas@htlescueladeempresaonline.com.
• If you request the official enrolment certificate for any administrative purpose, academic fees are non-refundable.

Specific to the corporate pack

• The pack purchased grants 10 / 50 / 100 course places at a 25% discount over the individual price.
• The deadline to assign places (enrollment_deadline) is 1 / 6 / 12 months respectively from pack activation. After that period, unassigned places are forfeited without refund.
• The purchasing company is responsible for providing HTL with the intern's details (name, ID, email, date of birth) and for ensuring the intern's consent for the processing of their data.
• Individual place cancellation: if the course has not yet started and 14 days have not elapsed since assignment, the place may be released and reassigned to another intern within the same pack and within the enrollment_deadline. No monetary refunds are issued for cancelled places; the place is only freed for a new assignment.
• Each place includes the internship educational agreement, except where the company expressly indicates that the internship is carried out at the purchasing company itself (in which case the agreement is signed between the company and HTL as the training centre).
